Jazz Baptiste has devoted her life to sharing her passion for dance, movement, and expression with the world. Jazz has a diverse background in many forms of dance, including Ballet, West African, Latin, Ballroom, Middle Eastern, Brazilian, Modern, and Jazz. She uses her 25 years of dance experience to create, produce, choreograph, and direct original productions.
She started her company Jazz Baptiste Productions (JBP) in 2004, working as Owner, Executive Producer, Director and Choreographer. Jazz has become a highly sought-after dance instructor teaching hundreds of students, from novice to professional, in various styles throughout the United States. She has also had an extensive performance career dancing for thousands around the world.
Jazz Baptiste continues to bring her electrifying energy, technical knowledge, and profound love of dance to audiences near and far. Her productions have been revered as innovative, entertaining, and original. Constantly fueled by her passion, Jazz takes the opportunity to inspire others through: master dance workshops, culturally authentic dance schools, and her ongoing artistic projects.
